The Mexican Food Factory has been serving authentic Mexican food in Coeur d’Alene Idaho since 1981.As a family owned and operated Mexican restaurant, our recipes were introduced and perfected by Dan’s parents Claude and Myra Franks. Dan grew up behind the counter, and started working in the restaurant in 1986, taking over the business with his wife Jenifer in 2002.The Mexican Food Family has many longtime employees who work with pride and professionalism. Galen Koester, Staff manager has been with Mexican Food Factory since 1999. We are a family business and we promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle by allowing our employees to have time with their family. We are now open on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, but we’re closed on Sundays.
